What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't use order data to profile you for third-party advertising.
- We don't keep card numbers: payment goes through a certified provider.
Who else sees it
Only those needed to get the parcel to you and take payment: the courier, the payment provider, the email service and the company hosting the site. Each one receives the bare minimum and can't use it for anything else.
What you can ask for
- To know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
- To correct anything that's wrong.
- To have it deleted, except what we're required to keep for accounting obligations.
- To unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, with one click, without having to write to anyone.
We reply within a month. If the request is complicated we'll tell you so, instead of leaving you without an answer.
Cookies
We use the ones needed to make the site work: the cart, the language you picked, the session of anyone signed in to their account. If and when we add analytics or advertising tools, this page will be updated before that happens, not after, and you'll be asked for your consent.
